I want to run to enjoy it, and I want to come onto tumblr and see motivational posts, and maybe tips on running and re-caps of people’s days. I don’t want to see post after post about weight loss - I don’t care about that. So I’m unfollowing any weight-loss orientated blogs.

Ugh jog/walk was SO hard today. Felt so sluggish and could only jog a minute at a time. Was only out there 14 minutes too, and got a stitch. Regret having that pizza last night, didn’t realise how much eating right makes a difference.
On the upside, saw two beautiful deer!
